I. Maintains accurate and current information of the organization and membership.
II. Assists President and Vice Presidents in coordinating organizational activities.
III. Keeps accurate minutes of each Executive Board and member board meetings. In addition, Secretary must make copies available of all minutes to other Executive Board members for approval at the following meeting.
I. Assists other Executive Board members with meetings and activities.
II. Send minutes to President to post on Blackboard and to Webmasters to post on website within a week of the meeting date.
