I. Assume duties of President when necessary.
II. Assist President in public outreach and publicity related activities. This includes, but is not limited to, organizing table displays, creating flyers/brochures, making overheads for classroom presentations, and scheduling Executive Board members to speak in classroom presentations to announce Accounting Student Association meetings.)
III. Works with Activity Chair to promote an effective advertising campaign to obtain more members and increase awareness of our organization.
I. Maintains a spreadsheet of members and participation throughout the semester. Post spreadsheet on Blackboard. Send members a reminder when they are close to meeting requirements.
II. Ensure that all members pay dues.
III. Sets and updates semester requirements for all members.
IV. Update and print membership packets and member applications for distribution at the beginning of the fall and spring semester.
V. Seeks approval for all University of Arizona and Eller College of Management logo items.
VI. Order name tags for all Executive Board members at the beginning of the fall and spring semester.
VII. Researches University of Arizona and Eller College of Management approved companies to have new t-shirts made and select the best one based on budget and quality. It is recommended that all Executive Board members have collared, embroidered shirts, while members have regular t-shirts. All Executive Board member shirts should be ordered prior to the beginning of the fall or spring semester. All member shirts should be ordered at prior to the beginning of the fall or spring semester, if possible, or at the beginning of the fall or spring semester.
VIII. Keeps accurate records of all efforts made during the year so next year’s Executive Board member will have an example to follow. Records should include but are not limited to flyers and brochures.
IX. Help the President organize and run the Club Organization Meeting at the beginning of the fall and spring semester.
X. Take attendance at all meetings and events.
