VITA Information

FOR THOSE INTERESTED IN VITA/GETTING INVOLVED (this fulfills 2 of the required events this semester)

VITA is the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program where we would train online and receive certification from the IRS to volunteer our time and skills and assist the low income public with their tax returns for this upcoming tax season.

This is a great opportunity to volunteer your time and to put a little something extra on your resume to impress future employers.

I am meeting with the United Way coordinator this friday and he has asked me to get a general number of students interested in volunteering this season from ASA. So, if you are interested, if you could please email me back ASAP and I'll give you all the extra details.
